In case any client is not completely satisfied with our product or service we can provide a refund.
We will gladly provide a full refund within 5 days of a transaction if the trial workshop was skipped or no content related to client project work or training course was shared during this time.
If you meant to purchase a Monthly subscription of our company ZTOCtalk Newsletters, but accidently purchased an Annual subscription, we will gladly convert your subscription to Monthly and issue a refund for the difference.
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of online payment via other payment methods, refund will be made to the same account which was used for making the online payment.
